2. Eligibility To rent a trailer, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.

  • Hold a valid driver’s license.

  • Provide proof of insurance, can purchase extra coverage through us (ask for more details)

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include [Credit Cards, Cash, Cashapp/Venmo.].

  • Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be outlined during the booking process.

4. Rental Period

  • Smoking and carrying hazardous materials in the trailer are strictly prohibited.

6. Condition of the Trailer

  • The trailer will be provided in good working condition. The renter must inspect it before use and report any existing damage.

  • The renter is responsible for maintaining the trailer during the rental period and returning it in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Renters are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage during the rental period.

  • The renter will be held liable for any damages, theft, or loss of the trailer while in their possession.

  • We are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or third-party claims resulting from the use of the trailer.

8. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the trailer, minus any deductions for damages or late fees.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
